Decades ago, my career began in Graphic Design and traditional web design in the Netherlands, rooting my approach in aesthetics, usability, and effective communication. Since moving to Perth, Australia, my focus has broadened to include:

Through roles in security management, instructional design, and as a contractor teaching business skills (including the NEIS program), I gained firsthand experience with regulatory compliance, training, and the practical challenges faced by businesses—from sole traders to large organizations.

At a fizzy-drink manufacturing plant, I recognised a critical operational weakness in transport compliance records. I single-handedly developed and implemented a SharePoint integration to streamline processing, improve accuracy, and reduce the risk of injury for staff. This experience cemented my commitment to using technology to make genuine, measurable operational improvements.
